MECHANICAL SEAL : B-R43


These series seals used for plain shafts, these are Single Coil Unbalanced seals having elastomeric bellows & are Independent of direction of rotation. The design of B-R43 type seals eliminates the sliding action between the seal and the shaft. This not only prevents the shaft from being damaged by fretting, but also enables it to readily follow shaft run-out or pump misalignment.

TO BE USED FOR :

Water Pump, Submersible Pump, Sewage Pump, etc.

MATERIAL :

  • Seal Faces :Carbon / Tungsten Carbide / Ceramic / Silicon Carbide.
  • Elastomer :Nitrile / Viton / EPDM / Silicon / Neoprene As per application.
  • Metal Components :SS 304 / SS 316

OPERATING LIMITS :

  • Shaft Diameter :12 mm to 75 mm
  • Pressure :12 Bar
  • Temperature :60 c TO 160 c
